Our Partners
BRWIA has been a critical partner in the success of Full Moon Farm since 2016. This highly effective local nonprofit helps area farms through The High Country Food Hub, King Street Market, CRAFT (workshop) program, Double Up Food Bucks, and even funding opportunities. In the way beginning, BRWIA helped fund the new well installed at Full Moon! We appreciate their dedication to lifting up female farmers and their families through community led programs and funding.
FARM Cafe has served Boone since 2012 with a volunteer and donation based restaurant system that is highly unique and effective for alleviating hunger in our town. We are proud to have partnered with FARM Cafe since 2017 either selling or donating vegetables for use in their kitchen to make highly nutritious and delicious lunches Monday through Friday.
Our partnership with The Hunger and Health Coalition began in 2020 in earnest to bring local food to the largest food pantry in the Watauga County area. Through pandemic relief funding, “Appalachian Farms Feeding Families,” Full Moon Farm was able to deliver over $35,000 of produce to The Hunger and Health Coalition to directly improve quality of food and life for residents affected by the pandemic and other economic hardships. Since then, we have increased production and deliveries and see our future partnership as a main avenue for getting good food out to families who lack traditional access to local farms.
Grow Watauga has graciously funded many 2025 projects for The Full Moon Farm Collective. Their support has given our organization the leverage to buy all organic seeds, fertilizers, materials and partially fund the new packing shed. We are partnering on gardening educational videos to be shared on the The Outlet Youtube page - keep an eye out for these in Fall 2025!

Donor Name
Full Moon Farm was established in 2016 as a vegetable and fruit farm in the mountains of North Carolina.
Since those first days, we have established effective growing practices using organic and regenerative methods resulting in highly nutritious, delicious, and clean produce.
The farm has naturally become a supportive space for anyone who visits and we see the potential for broader learning, healing, and beauty by offering all of our services and food as a nonprofit.
