How we grow high quality produce
We combine the following practices to grow high-quality produce: non-gmo and organic seeds, no-till soil management, regenerative farming, organic sprays and fertilizers, compost compost compost!, ancestral knowledge, Appalachian tools, horse plowing, cover crops, beneficial insect zones, pollinator zones, simple tools and equipment, ergonomic systems. We grow on one acre! The main vegetables we grow are: carrots, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, salad greens, tomatoes, sweet peppers, hot peppers, summer squash, winter squash, sweet potatoes. Beyond vegetables, we aim to grow with an anti-racist, decolonized mindset that centers human equity, cultural diversity, and accessibility for able and disabled folks.
