How we grow high quality produce
We combine the following practices to grow high-quality produce: non-gmo and organic seeds, no-till soil management, regenerative farming, organic sprays and fertilizers, compost compost compost!, horse plowing, cover crops, beneficial insect zones, pollinator zones, simple tools and equipment, ergonomic systems. We grow on one acre and use highly productive methods that resulted in enough income for two full time and two part time employees! The main vegetables we grow are: carrots, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, salad greens, tomatoes, sweet peppers, hot peppers, summer squash, winter squash, sweet potatoes.
